Darkness: Its Curse and Cure

►The Curse of Darkness

Another disturbing evidence of our culture’s descent into ever-deepening darkness is the heavy promotion of Satanism.

Now Walmart is marketing these books on their website: It’s Going to Be Okay: I’m a Satanist, Satan is My Sugar Daddy, Not Today Jesus, and Hail Satan. Plus a woman’s T-shirt depicting the goat-headed pagan deity Baphomet. And for the kids the coloring book Satan Lucifer Grim Reaper & Baphomet. ►The Cure for Darkness

“. . . the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God” (2 Cor. 4:4).

“And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil” (John 3:19).

“God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will” (2 Tim 2:25-26).

“. . . you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God, and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come” (1 Thess. 1:9-10).
